In case of ready-made dress

When your payment is done we will send it out by EMS delivery service with tracking number and signed for service. The order will be delivered to your door in around 5 – 12 days after sending out. We will inform you tracking information immediately after sending out.

Import duties, tax and other administrative charge in buyer's country are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's custom office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

In case of custom order

Once your payment and your measurements are received, we start making your items. This normally takes around 8 to 10 weeks for ballroom/latin dress and 6 to 7 weeks for men's latin shirt. After we finish making your items, we will send it out by EMS delivery service with tracking number and signed for service.
