General Policy
While every effort is made to ensure 100% consistency, customers should bear in mind that all our products are 100% hand-made and effectively depending on the availability of stock and therefore small variations may occur from item to item, including type and color of fabric and decoration. Also, please bear in mind items may appear slightly different colors on different computers due to a variation in computer systems and settings. Due to the frequent change of material, sometimes previous fabric and decoration are no longer available. Thank you for your comprehension.
Return Policy
We accept the return for alteration only in case "critical mistakes" come from us. Costumes have to be returned in original condition as when you receive your order (with tags on, wrapping, boxes etc...). Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order to inform about the return. When our tag is removed or 7 days pass after receiving or if the dress has been worn even once, we will never accept the return for alteration or refund. Also, please bear in mind as all of our dresses are hand-sewn and custom tailored, the finished dresses may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements. Sometimes there is some tiny spot stain or stains at a fabric backing. We will not accept the return for alteration or refund regarding these.
About Custom Order Items
The overall design of the dress must be chosen from one of the sample pictures on our website. The color, materials or design can be changed upon your request, but the color and materials change depend upon availability. Please bear in mind all the dresses we made in 80% - 95% similarity with the original picture. We cannot guarantee 100% perfect same items as the picture. Also, please bear in mind as all of our dresses are hand-sewn and custom tailored, the finished dresses may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements. Sometimes there is some tiny spot stain or stains at a fabric backing. We will not accept the return for alteration or refund regarding these. Customers need to supply the complete and correct measurements before we start the production. Once your payment and your measurements are received, we start making your items. This normally takes around 8 to 10 weeks for ballroom/latin dress and 6 to 7 weeks for men's latin shirt.
Shipping Policy
1) In case of ready-made dress,
When your payment is done we will send it out by EMS delivery service with tracking number and signed for service. The order will be delivered to your door in around 5 – 12 days after sending out. We will inform you tracking information immediately after sending out.
Import duties, tax and other administrative charge in buyer's country are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's custom office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
2) In case of custom order,
Once your payment and your measurements are received, we start making your items. This normally takes around 8 to 10 weeks for ballroom/latin dress and 6 to 7 weeks for men's latin shirt. After we finish making your items, we will send it out by EMS delivery service with tracking number and signed for service. The order will be delivered to your door in around 5 – 12 days after sending out. We will inform you tracking information immediately after sending out.

We now can accept only PayPal payment. We only send out or begin to make items after all payments are clear.
